Insert allows to create Map identifiers from a chosen geographic area. For example if you select "USA by states" you will create a data column including each state name.
Modify data brings to Data wizard and allows to change the type of each data sets.
For example, you create a map of the CUSTOMERS and next you want to draw PROSPECTIVE data. So you have to choose the good type for PROSPECTIVE and "ignore" for CUSTOMERS.
Type can be chosen between:
Identifiers
Geographics codes
States names
Counties
3 digits ZCTA : Zip Code Tabulation Area.
5 digits ZCTA
Data
Numeric data
Qualitative data
Export your map allows two kinds of exportation:
Export to clipboard
Export to File (JPG, GIF, PNG)
